Sofar Sounds

In February, we shook up our cafe area to become an intimate gig space, swapping out our much loved redemption roast for guitars and fairy lights. We welcomed Sofar Sounds, who put on an awesome evening displaying local talent from three incredible musical acts. Fifty guests grabbed their pillows and blankets (and red wine), as each performer blessed our spaces with their sounds.

The mix of folk and indie pop enchanted us all, with the audience even joining in at one point. In a Sofar Sounds first, the three artists joined in a medley for a climactic end to an already magical night. We loved having our spaces filled with live music and it was a pleasure to enhance the atmosphere of a Sofar Sounds show with our dynamic spaces.
